Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Introduction
By signing up for our hosting services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Account Setup and Usage
2.1. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access.
2.3. Shared hosting accounts may not be used to resell hosting services. To resell hosting, you must purchase a reseller account.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1. All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise specified.
3.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
3.3. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
4.1. You may not use our services for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:
- Hacking, phishing, or spamming
- Hosting adult content, copyrighted material, online banking platforms, or sensitive/malicious content
4.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating our AUP without notice.
5. Service Availability and Uptime Guarantee
5.1 We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime guarantee. However, we are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.
5.2 Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. We are not liable for any damages, including data loss, business interruption, or financial loss, arising from the use of our services.
6.2. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the last three months of service.
7. Termination and Suspension
7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these TOS without prior notice.
7.2. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team. No refunds will be issued for unused services.
8. Amendments to TOS
8.1. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted online or on a specified future date.
8.2. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1.These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sri Lanka.
